You are required to carry out research on the topic of Email Etiquette, prepare a Word document listing 10 points that should be taken into account when using email. Send this document as an email attachment to the address below.

You must also demonstrate an understanding of the use of folders for managing emails.

1. Research the topic of email etiquette and examples of best practice when sending electronic mail.
2. Create a word document summarising your main findings, which should include ten relevant points.
3. Send the attachment to the following address: mmolamphy@yahoo.com, print the document before sending.
4. Create a folder called “Internet and Email Module.” Move the email to which this message is attached to the new folder.
5. Again make a printout showing the email to which this message in the new folder
